Over the last 3.5 years, we have worked extremely hard in order to try and bring our huge audience content, stories and videos which we (hope) keeps them entertained, informed and amused.
On an average month, we reach around 10 million people with our content across our various pages and Groups.
Not many people realise that Facebook do not pay creators such as Emergency Services Humour for keeping it’s users entertained and up-to-date on news and stories!
This means that most pages on Facebook have to try and come up with ways of monetising their hard work – as bills still need to be paid!
By making a pledge towards our crowdfunding campaign, regardless of how big or how small the pledge is, YOU are DIRECTLY contributing to help keep us going!
Our monthly target will mean that we can dedicate more time and more resources to ensuring that we continue to be the (un)official voice of the emergency services, NHS and armed forces.
One of the many things we are passionate about, is highlighting the severity and frequency with which emergency services and NHS staff are assaulted whilst on duty. It takes A LOT of time to put our articles together and to carry out the research needed in order to bring factually accurate stories to our huge readership.
YOUR pledge WILL help us keep doing what we do, and will enable us to build a better community with even more content.
Your pledge will help us to:
- Buy better editing equipment for our videos
- Actually PAY someone to go an interview key personnel (such as member’s of the SMT, Politicians etc) about things which actually matter to the emergency services, NHS and armed forces
- Spend more time on making people laugh and less time on our ‘day job’
- We can get some new monitors! (our ones are ten years old)
